Is gym access necessary for your coaching?Our coaching is primarily designed for lifting weights and strength training in the gym. Having access to a gym will yield the best results as you follow a structured resistance training programme tailored to your goals. However, if you prefer to train at home, we can adjust your plan to accommodate the equipment you have available, ensuring you continue to progress effectively.
